He is a published author in peer-reviewed journals including Fertility & Sterility and the New England Journal of Medicine, a contributing author of the infertility section of the McGraw-Hill reference CURRENT Diagnosis & Treatment: Obstetrics & Gynecology, and an active researcher in PCOS, fertility preservation, fibroid treatment, and patient-reported outcomes.

Dr. Ghadir is the founder of Fertility for All and has served as an emeritus board member of Family Equality (formerly the American Fertility Association) and the Neuromuscular Disease Foundation.
