An RPL workup typically takes 4–6 weeks. Even when no clear cause is found, the great majority of couples go on to a healthy live birth with appropriate care.

Up to half of recurrent losses remain unexplained even after thorough workup. We do not chase unproven treatments — but we do not give up either.
