History & intake
A thorough review of cycle patterns, prior pregnancies, surgeries, medications, and family history.

Hormonal panel
AMH, FSH, estradiol, LH, TSH, prolactin, and progesterone — timed correctly within your cycle.

Pelvic ultrasound
Antral follicle count, uterine evaluation, and screening for fibroids, polyps, or endometriomas.

HSG or saline sonogram
Confirms tubal patency and uterine cavity contour. Performed on-site by Dr. Ghadir.

Semen analysis
Count, motility, morphology, and DNA fragmentation when indicated.

Carrier screening and karyotype when history or age warrants.

A complete workup is typically finished within two to four weeks — limited only by cycle timing. You'll leave the review visit with a single-page summary of findings, a recommendation, and clearly stated alternatives.

Some patients want every test on day one; others prefer a staged approach. Dr. Ghadir is direct about which tests change the plan and which are academic. Insurance coverage varies — we verify benefits and out-of-pocket before any test is ordered.
